As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead brand building initiatives with a focus on strategic partnerships, passion points, and content leadership. Drives the development and execution of marketing plans that build brand equity, foster consumer loyalty, and deliver business growth. Collaborates cross-functionally and externally to create impactful brand experiences and communications.

What You’ll Do

  • Leads the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that amplify brand reach and relevance; driving brand growth and engagement.
  • Collaborates with external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers, organizations) to co-create initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manages agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective execution.
  • Defines and activates brand “passion points” (e.g., culture, lifestyle, causes) that resonate with target consumers.
  • Integrates passion points into brand campaigns, events, and content strategies.
  • Monitors consumer trends to identify emerging passion points and adapt brand messaging accordingly.
  • Owns the content strategy across all channels (social, digital, experiential, etc.).
  • Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy, overseeing creation, curation, and distribution across all brand channels.
  • Measures content effectiveness and optimizes based on performance insights.
  • Observes and analyzes new trends and competitive activities to seek out innovative ways to build marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Master’s degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Energy Drink or Beverage Industry experience.
  • Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Experience selling goods or services to clients; experience retaining existing customers.
  • Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Strong personal selling, time management, and public speaking skills.
