Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join One 11 Brands. This role will be responsible for distribution, programming, and execution of One 11’s brands in targeted key accounts. The Key Account Manager (KAM) functions as a One 11 representative for retail accounts and the distributor.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join One 11 Brands. This role will be responsible for distribution, programming, and execution of One 11’s brands in targeted key accounts. The Key Account Manager (KAM) functions as a One 11 representative for retail accounts and the distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Owns a specific set of key accounts with the assigned territory.
• Drives success of our brands at retail through maximizing visibility, pricing, promotion, and marketing through assigned retailers.
• Responsible for both “hunting” new key accounts where we aren’t distributed currently and growing sales within our existing accounts.
• Builds relationships, negotiates programming, gains distribution, and executes sales tools and tactics within Key Accounts target list
• Accountable for development and execution of field pricing and promotional programs.
• Strategically focuses time on the biggest opportunities to maximize sales and grow One 11 brands (i.e., all key accounts are not treated equally).
• Collaborates closely with management in distributors (e.g., area managers) to ensure execution of annual sales plans, examine retailer programming execution, evaluate market conditions, ensure appropriate resources are dedicated to our brands, etc.
• Responsible for marketing intelligence gathering: reviews and analyzes market, product performance, and other sales related data.
• Responsible for managing the budget allocated to your accounts and ensuring we stay within our trade spend guidelines.
• The Key Account Manager allocates roughly 70% of time inter-facing with key retail accounts and 30% of time managing distributor partner relationship
• Work with field execution counterparts at One 11 to ensure our brands stand out at the top retail outlets within your territory.
• Acts as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands, including hosting events, leveraging social media and other tools to promote sales within the community.
• Develops positive working relationships with all levels of accounts, distributor management and distributor personnel.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset – moves with agility and intent to drive results
Qualifications:
• Strong track record of delivering results in sales-oriented role
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (distributor, retailer) in order to sell in new products and programming
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive sales excellence
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of sales experience; OR high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of sales experience
