As a Senior Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the strategy and leading the execution of sampling events and brand activations across all regions. Manage agency partners and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement sampling and brand activation strategies across regions to align with national marketing goals.
- Oversee execution of all consumer and customer events, ensuring brand consistency and achievement of key metrics.
- Partner with third-party agencies to source, plan, and execute events, demos, and sponsorships.
- Manages agencies and their execution of key programs. Holds agencies accountable to service level agreements.
- Ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage operating budgets.
- Track and report on spend, ensuring cost-effective execution and alignment with financial targets.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to leverage events for increased product distribution and sales.
- Directs the development and implementation of standards and goals, ensuring they support the organization’s business plans.
- Analyze event performance, consumer engagement, and market trends to inform future strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree plus 6 years of communications, finance, marketing, business/process development, sales, or hospitality/event management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of communications, finance, marketing, business/process development, sales, or hospitality/event management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of communications, finance, marketing, business/process development, sales, or hospitality/event management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- 4 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, or event management.
- Supervisory or Management experience.
- Experience managing large scale budgets and agency relationships.
- Required to spend 50% of time traveling in-market in order to conduct job duties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
