As a Senior Insights Manager you will be responsible for transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive sales excellence across our organization. Develops and presents compelling insights to key customers, and distributor partners, fostering cross-functional collaboration to integrate insights into our sales and marketing efforts. Owns the shelf standard development process and the execution of insight-driven sales presentations. Responsible for ensuring our strategies are informed by comprehensive analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Translates insights into actionable presentations for key customers, distributor partners, and the sales organization.
  • Leads strategic sell-in initiatives with key chain retailers, serving as a pivotal voice in high-impact presentations and partnership development.
  • Works cross-functionally to drive insights into action through our sales and marketing organizations.
  • Drives outputs that are able to be used for insight-driven sales presentations.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment and prioritization of insights across total portfolio and product categories.
  • Leads insight research projects.
  • Analyzes data, builds out insight hypotheses and recaps, and tests execution of these insights to Leadership.
  • Owns the shelf standard development process collaborating with Sales to include:
    • Driving alignment on prioritization across total portfolio.
    • Developing and maintaining shelf standard visual publications needed for sales (new/current products) by channel.
    • Executing data analysis/insights to support shelf standard recommendations.
    • Recapping execution against standards to review with One 11 leadership.
  • Ensures all sales insights are comprehensive of Shopper, Commerce, and Sales Sources. Uses 3rd party data and insights to develop material that is relevant and usable for the sales organization.
  • Oversees the implementations of actionable sales presentations.
  • Implements process of integrating all insights into a single, interactive location where insights are accessible for all sales team members.
  • Leads communication of all new insights to the sales organization and connects to current communication platforms within the sales organization.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s Degree plus 5 years of marketing or sales experience to include insights, market research or data analysis reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of marketing or sales experience to include insights, market research, data analysis or category development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of marketing or sales experience to include insights, market research or data analysis reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects with senior management and project members.
  • Highly proficient in: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
  • Required to travel up to 15% of the time in order to conduct job duties.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Master’s Degree plus 7 years of marketing or sales experience to include insights, market research or data analysis reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 9 years of marketing or sales experience to include insights, market research or data analysis reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 13 years of marketing or sales experience to include insights, market research or data analysis reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in the energy drink or beverage industry.
  • Experience integrating insights into business decisions in multiple industries.
  • Skilled in the use of SQL, Statistical Analysis Software (SAS, SPSS) and R or Python.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing stories out of consumer, products, shopper, and marketplace data.
  • Background in creative development/graphics design, agency-side experience (planning, strategy, art direction, copywriting).
  • Marketing, Sales, consumer/product understanding, or new product development experience.
  • Experience with defining problems, research design, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience with taking ideas from conception to market.
